  Love the products, but horrible customer service at this store. I spent a lot of money on lingerie, but unfortunately one of the bras I had a defect. Brought it back to the store, but both the salesperson and the manager refused to provide any solution, they just kept repeating there was nothing they could do. They showed zero willingness to find a solution. Easiest way to lose a good client. What a shame!

  I had an amazing experience shopping here. Eliani and Andreina the sales associates were so knowledgeable and extremely helpful.. they got me exactly what I was looking for. Went out of their way to get me the exact look I was going for. Amazing store and great staff :)

  Celine and Jalen were extremely helpful, super sweet and had great style recommendation. They really took the time walking me through all of the new releases in the store. It definitely transformed my shopping experience to have two ladies who honestly just had great energy. Thank you!!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Celine at Intimissimi at Brickell City Centre. Finding bras that actually fit has always been a frustrating experience for me, so I usually dread shopping for them, but Celine changed that! She was beyond kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped with my measurements, explained the different styles and fits, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She hand-selected several bras for me to try on, and every single one fit perfectly, which has honestly never happened before! Celine made what is usually a stressful errand feel easy, comfortable, and even fun. I never thought I'd say that about bra shopping! Her expertise and genuine care made all the difference. If you're shopping at this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Celine. She is absolutely amazing!
