  I placed an order for delivery for mother's day and it was never delivered. I was understanding and waited for an update on my order on Monday. I reached out twice and finally got a response this morning with no apology or accountability. They offered to refund the delivery fee which would have been free anyway if I had asked for the item to be delivered on Tuesday instead of Mother's Day. I tried to get a refund for the entire order as I no longer wanted or needed the item and they refused to pick up the phone. I had to physically send someone to the store to get a refund. The manager Jorge didn't want to assist once he realized there was an issue and made the new hire Diana handle the situation.

  I live in New York, on 5/9/26 I made an online purchase totaling $136.94 for a same day delivery for this past Mother’s Day 5/10/2026, for my mom & aunt in Miami, Florida, to which I am absolutely horrified & disgusted They RUINED their Mother’s Day!! My mom NEVER received her order My aunt did reach out to the store & they promised to re-deliver on 5/10/26 after 2 PM since they were going to church on Mother’s Day. (someone was home) Mother’s Day came & went no one called, No one delivered the items.. I personally have been calling from New York no one ever answered my call. this purchase was not cheap!! every time I call them, they don’t answer the phone or bother to speak with me. Please do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ENERGY & MONEY WITH THE EMPLOYEE’S IN THIS LOCATION—corporate needs to retrain them their Customer Service skills since they are absolutely despicably Disgusting.

  This store is irresponsible and not only delivered the wrong order once but twice. My niece ordered a box of chocolate covered strawberries and a box of chocolate covered strawberries on cheesecakes from New York to us in Florida for Mother's day. After various attempts to contact the store, I finally spoke to a worker who promised to deliver the corrected order the next day. The next day which was Mother's day, came and went with no delivery at all. Finally the day AFTER Mother's day a delivery did indeed come to the house and once again they delivered the wrong items. Various attempts to house and once again they delivered the wrong items. Various attempts to contact the store to no avail. Their customer service is horrible and they no choice but to file a formal with their corporate office. If you ever wish to gift and edible arrangement, don't use this establishment, they're horrible.

  Considering that my mom threw away a bunch of dead flowers, you can see in the picture if you look at the leaves that clearly the leaves are stale and dead. How are you going to charge $135 dollars for this disgrace. I could’ve gone to Publix and bought $20 flowers that look nicer than this. The best part is I’m calling their phone number and it goes to voicemail. It’s MOTHERS DAY and you guys delivered dead flowers to my mom. That’s ridiculous. Horrrrrible. We need our money back because this isn’t even worth $10 bucks.

  Worse service ever! Asked them to make the delivery first thing in the morning and they "delivered" it at 4 pm. And I said "delivered" because we never found it! Tried to call them the whole day to see where was my arrangement even after they "delivered" and no one answered the phone calls. I'll give them 0 stars if it was possible. Thank you for ruining another's family arrangement! Next time just Uber a pack of fruit from Publix this people are a joke!
