  Horrible customer service. Placed an online order. Could not reach the store via phone at all. No one answers. My order was delivered to a wrong address. Of course when I called the store they don’t answer so had to deal with corporate to explain my situation and they couldn’t reach anyone either. They Sent me an email and told me to reply there and the store would get it and reply to me. Nothing. 4 days of no contact. Very disappointing.

  I ordered a Mother’s Day Edible Arrangement for my mom, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I received an email saying the order was delivered, but my mom never received it. She lives in a guarded apartment complex where drivers must check in with security before going upstairs, and security confirmed no one ever came to deliver anything. After that, I tried repeatedly to contact the store and customer service for help. I called approximately 25 times over the course of 4 days, left multiple messages, and received absolutely no follow-up. No callback, no update, nothing. When I finally got someone on the phone days later, I was placed on hold multiple times before speaking with an employee who was not helpful and seemed unsure how to handle the situation. I was told they used an Uber driver for the delivery, but there was no delivery photo, no proof of drop-off, and still no clear resolution or refund process explained. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable, especially for a business handling special occasions like Mother’s Day. At this point, I paid for something that was never delivered and had to chase the company myself for days just to get basic information. This experience completely ruined my trust in Edible Arrangements, and I will not order from them again. I strongly recommend others think twice before using this location

  I made a online order last night 10pm it was to be delivered on Sunday I called 915am to confirm the delivery no one answered the phone . Then i called 1 800 customer service they said it should be there by 11am. At 145pm I drove to the store 😑 then he said is out for delivery really at 2pm it was to be delivered at 11am. Got home at 215pm

  I need a last-minute Emergency family hospital gift. I walked in and within five minutes most amazing arrangement came out. I really wanna thank them for being kind and expeditious. Very positive experience.
