- LLLaura LFeb 28, 20251.0If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would! I never leave reviews, so this should tell you just how bad my experience was. I placed an order in the morning and was contacted 3-4 hours later with the news that they couldn't deliver. The excuse was that they wouldn't send the driver to my area twice and that a third party wasn’t picking up the order. The person on the phone was rude, unhelpful, and had the audacity to give attitude. I genuinely regret not reading the reviews about this location before placing my order. Why advertise same-day delivery and charge extra for it if you're not capable of following through? I had to cancel my order because it was clear it wouldn't make it in time. Then, the girl on the phone suggested they could deliver it the next day—if I had wanted next-day delivery, I would have chosen that option. They waited 3-4 hours to inform me that no one was picking up the order, rather than reaching out right away so I could make alternate arrangements. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! The lack of professionalism and customer service is beyond frustrating.
