(Since I can't add separate review) April 13, 26 my son needed a suit jacket for his new job, before heading to the store I called and spoke with sales manager DeDe...Dede was very helpful over the phone as well as in person she took her time with my son measured him so he would get the perfect fitted suit jacket. I appreciated her being so attentive to him. Thank you DXL for hiring the best 2 ladies on the team. Because Latoya & DeDe are two of the sweetest, patient ladies I've seen in a clothing store in a very long time.

- GTGeniya TalskyJul 3, 20223.0Store had a decent selection of things for the sizes and styles they vary. Employees were a little short and kind of rude. We had a belt emergency and ordered online, Uber there and as soon as I said what I was picking up the attitude showed up. “Well that’s why you’re supposed to wait to get the EMAIL!” … I hope that was a fluke. There were two employees in the front with one customer checking out and another just wondering around. They were not busy and the rudeness wasn’t necessary at all. Then for 20min they couldn’t find one belt. So I selected another and said I’ll just exchange it. You would have thought I said something out of this world ludicrous! She just went off saying “you can’t just EXCHANGE it! You have to return it and wait for the money to be refunded and then buy a new one!!” I laughed and said what if I can afford to buy another belt now before the money is returned 😱🤣 she didn’t find the humor in that at all and simply went back to looking for the belt instead of checking me out. Interestingly enough; once I had said that, they quickly found the belt. the Uber driver was the winner here because I was charged $18 to have him wait in addition to the trip there and back.
