  the staff here were wonderful and attentive to all my needs as I was trying to find the perfect fit for a new pair of shoes. The employees were so nice even though I felt a little annoying going through different styles of shoes trying to find the right ones. Unfortunately, I had to leave because the store was unbearably hot. I cannot understand how this store continues to function with a broken AC because it was insufferably hot the entire time and really soured my visit here. The only thing that made up for it were how understanding the staff were with me. I really don’t plan on coming again until they get their AC fixed though it was miserable

  Love Doc Martens shoes, went here and was treated by great staff. I’d come again once the AC gets fixed. Was uncomfortably hot but otherwise everything went amazingly

  I cannot believe such a prestigious mall allows stores such as dr marten to operate with no A/C!!! Trying on leather shoes in such conditions should be illegal 🙄🙄🙄
