  I’m not one to just go to the mall to hang out much. I normally know what I’m looking for and get it and go. I went expecting to get to try on some boots for an event that I have tomorrow to find this store CLOSED. Like locked, lights out, there was even a UPS store sticker on the door. This was at 6pm today. This is supposedly a prestigious mall, I don’t understand how this was allowed to happen. Given the fact that it didn’t even have one of those covers that stores place when they are closed for whatever reason. I basically wasted time coming here. And if you are actually closed at least update your Google profile so people don’t waste time like me going there. Thanks.

  I visited earlier today and got the flower dunnet sandals. The girls here were so kind and nice! They didn’t make me feel bad for wanting to try on different styles and color ways and encouraged me to take all the time I needed to make my decision. They also gave me feedback on styles and helped me make my decision. I am so grateful I visited this location and was able to get the sandals I wanted. Thank you so much Doc Marten’s in Aventura!

  First off, Shoutout to Kim and Sabellah💯. I came in two days ago and they had energy, service, and an all around warm vibe. They gave me a pair of boots that felt so comfy, I threw my chucks in the trash. Definitely recommend. I'll be back for a second pair

  Good service for trying out the differents shoes and boots. But the comissions took over at the end of the transaction. My friend had 2 pairs of boots, I had one pair of shoes and we added 2 pairs of socks. Quite a good bill you would think... All on the same. Close to $1000 total. Then she proceeded to sell the little extras, fair enough. She sold a product to protect the leather for the 2 pairs of boots and my friend said Yes. It's not too expensive and it's worth keeping the boots in good shape. She asked if I wanted a product for the shoes too, to which I said Yes. But, I would think she'd be selling the right product. Nope, she sold me a product that MUST NOT be used on the shoes I bought. Either Absolutely unprofessional, or ignorant. I hope it is ignorance, but the way she pushed for even more extra sales makes me think it was badfaith... If this review was for Dr Martens brand, I'd give 3 or 4 stars, because the product is great and Customer Service online was absolutely helpful and understanding. But it is to review the store, therefore, the good service got killed by the badfaith of the salesperson. I'd absolutely go back again, BUT chances are I'd turn into a Karen if I was helped by the same person.
