Most recently, I bought a Buccellati pearl and diamond necklace, along with an unsigned sapphire, ruby, and black diamond panther bracelet—both stunning pieces that I know my wife will love. What keeps me coming back, beyond their large selection of beautiful vintage and estate jewelry at what I consider fair prices, is their expertise and trustworthiness. Their GIA-certified staff provide detailed, honest descriptions, and I have complete confidence in the authenticity of their signed pieces, as well as in the appraisals that accompany each purchase. The service has consistently gone above and beyond. Shane, who handles appraisals and auctions, has always been very helpful, and I especially want to recognize Vrunali. Over several purchases, she has been incredibly patient, offered excellent suggestions, and truly understands how to match pieces to my preferences. Her eye for style and understanding of what would suit my wife have made each purchase feel thoughtful and spot-on. I usually start by browsing their extensive online inventory, but I’ve also visited their boutique in Brickell, where I’ve always been treated like a valued customer, regardless of the size of my purchase. I don’t often leave reviews unless an experience really stands out—either positively or negatively—and this is definitely the former.   I recently purchase a vintage watch from Dover Jewelry and worked specifically with Vrunali. Despite not seeing the item in person as I am located in a different state, Vrunali walked me through the purchase and return process and made it very easy for me to feel comfortable with making a purchase sight unseen. The item also had to be sized and again Dover Jewelry was able to accommodate and make that change beautifully.
