  Luxury should come with accountability. If a customer cannot reasonably wear a product because of a defect, policy should not override common sense. This experience left me questioning both the quality control and the customer service standards at Dior Men’s.

  Just hit up DIOR MEN Miami Design District Store—two floors of drip and art vibes that scream “I do have plans tonight” 🎨👟🖤. Picked up a Saddle bag and felt like a fashion meme come to life. Service can be runway-cool 😎, but the goods are straight fire. Worth the flex… and the splurge 💸🔥.

  Paula at Dior Men's gave excellent service! Great energy, funny and kind. Bought a wallet, found out it had a little scratch on it and they exchanged it no problem. I look forward to buying more from this store. Have a toast of champagne and spend all your money with "Paula"!!

  Went in as a newcomer and was pleasantly surprised. The assistant was amazing. Carmen was sweet and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to continuing my shopping experience with them.

  Great place to shop! I was so happy for the shopping experience I had with Carlos Mejia when I purchase 2 shoes and a shirt, he help me choose the best shoes for my outfit I was thrilled. Thank u Carlos
