  Unfortunately, our experience with one of the staff members was quite different. He did not seem to be in the mood to assist us and appeared to be in a hurry to put the shoes back in their boxes rather than taking the time to show us other options. At one point, he even asked my sister to give him a pair of shoes so he could put them back in the box, while we were still discussing our options. We would have appreciated a more welcoming attitude, patience, and willingness to help us explore different choices.

  service was amazing. got drinks and everything just because i wanted to buy one of the private line fragrances. now i smell good as hell, AND im hydrated. hell yeah.

  Wonderful ambiance and layout, pleasant to walk through. Great selection of fragrances. Only issue is that a seller always has to be by you, makes the browsing experience a bit awkward. Otherwise, very pleasant.

  Extremely disappointing experience with Dior, and certainly not what I expected from a luxury brand at this level. I returned a pair of sneakers, a shirt and jeans after trying them on at home because of sizing issues. The jeans were accepted, but Dior initially rejected both the sneakers and the shirt. I was told the sneakers had marks on the bottoms and the shirt had an odor. All of the items had simply been tried on at home and immediately repackaged with the Dior tags still attached. What made the situation even more frustrating was how inconsistent the decisions became. After I challenged the return, the shirt decision was reversed and accepted, but the sneakers were still refused. Dior told me they had reviewed photographs and determined that the bottoms of the sneakers were marked. They then shipped the sneakers back to me. When I received them, they were pristine. No marks on the bottoms whatsoever. Exactly as I had stated from the beginning. After challenging Dior again, they finally reversed the sneaker decision as well and sent me another return label. So Dior ultimately reversed its decisions on both disputed items, but only after making me spend a considerable amount of time fighting decisions that should never have been made in the first place. My biggest issue isn’t even the return anymore. It’s being treated as though I wasn’t telling the truth about merchandise I knew had only been tried on at home. For a company selling products at this price point, the customer experience should be exceptional. Instead, this return was handled worse than what I would expect from Walmart or Amazon. Luxury isn’t just the name on the box or the price on the receipt. It’s how customers are treated when there is a problem. Dior seriously missed the mark here.

  Dior Miami Design District is absolutely stunning. The boutique has an incredible atmosphere, with beautiful architecture and an impressive attention to detail. The staff was friendly and professional, and the whole experience felt elegant without being too formal. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates fashion, design, and luxury.
