  First off, beautiful store. Second, Tracy was one of the best salespeople I have ever met. Every fragrance had a story. I wanted to stay longer, so I could hear more. Wonderful experience!

  I had the most wonderful afternoon at Chanel today! A big shoutout to our wonderful sales associate Ken who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very warm and welcoming and really listened to us❤️ Will definitely be back🥰

  Roseanna was amazing when I was in the store Monday. This is a review of the store and brand experience, not my sales associate who was wonderful. I purchased a pair of shoes and attempted to order a second pair due to size being unavailable in the boutique. Roseanna said I’d received a message within 24-48 hours to complete the purchase. That still hasn’t happened five days later. I’ve tried to call the boutique, but it rings to corporate. I’m told the boutiques don’t have phones, bc they’re too busy to answer. That’s absurd given that the boutique was empty when we were there. This is low end behavior for any brand, but it’s especially unacceptable for a luxury brand. In addition, the store had no music and the registers upstairs were inoperable. From what I’ve experienced, Chanel needs to modernize their systems and bring their customer service to level on par with other luxury brands.

  I called 3 times trying to buy a $1300 pair of shoes! No return call!! I would have purchased the matching bag-but no response . Customer service at Hermes is great and they got my business.
