  The best customer service I’ve experienced among all boutiques in Miami. The sales associate Jess was incredibly welcoming and professional — to the point where I truly didn’t want to leave the boutique. From the moment I walked in, she approached me right away, offered me a drink, and created a warm, comfortable atmosphere. I came in looking for something short, like a crop top. Jess honestly explained that they currently have very limited short styles, but she still went above and beyond by offering multiple great alternatives, showing genuine care, taste, and attention. I truly wish there were more friendly, kind, and professional employees like Jess in luxury boutiques.

  Meu Deus, nunca pensei passar por isso, mas minha experiência foi tão bizarra! Com dinheiro na mão, fui tratada com tanta falta de respeito. A funcionária, o nome dela é Jessica, tentou me vender uma bolsa falsificada! Ela insistiu que tinha conseguido com desconto da loja e eu fiquei tão desconfortável que fui embora e fiz a compra online. Celine! o que esta acontecendo !

  La página dice que cierran a las 20 hs. Llegamos 19 hs. Somos de Argentina y nos cerraron la puerta en la cara. Son una vergüenza!!!! Se creen Gucci y son una marca de influencers baratas, así van a terminar
