I brought the piece to the store in impeccable condition with the tags attached. The saleswoman said that she could not exchange it because I did not have the order number and it would mess up the inventory if it were exchanged. She said if I needed help, to write to the chatbot on the website. I wrote to the chatbot while in the store and it still could not find my order. They did not even offer to call customer service for me. She could not exchange it using my credit card number, name, or phone number. I will never shop from Calzedonia again.
