On May 9 around 4 PM, a young employee respoolled my Daiwa Fuego 2500 and did a terrible job. He added backing line without properly explaining it and only put a very short amount of braid on the reel. I can’t even make a full cast now because the spool is severely underfilled. I specifically drove to the store and paid for the service expecting it to be done professionally. Instead, I wasted time, money, and now have to redo the entire reel again. Very frustrating experience, especially for something so basic.

Creo que el staff es amigable,amable y con conocimento.Pero me paso algo el dia que fui a comprar municiones.Una caja de municiones 223 de 150 balas venia con menos. Al menos con 30 o 40 balas menos en la caja. Sinceramente no creo que los empleados las cojan,pero si algunos clientes. Creo que deben estar mas atento el staff a estas cosas. Le dare otra oportunidad a la tienda. Y compare municiones en cajas selladas para la proxima.

They were extremely knowledgeable and patient with my requests/needs. Hands down for these two gentleman because they made my visit to this store a memorable one! Thank you both!!!!!
