  I had such a wonderful experience with Gabriel at Balenciaga! He was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. He took the time to show me options I didn’t even know they had and really listened to what I was looking for. Thanks to his help, I found my dream bag! 👜✨ Gabriel truly made the whole experience feel special, and I would absolutely recommend asking for him! Ask for Gabriel!!

  My son and I can’t say enough great things about Johan. From the moment we met them, they were incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best experience possible. Johan went above and beyond every step of the way, answered all of our questions, listened to what we wanted, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. We never felt pressured—instead, we felt like we were working with someone who truly cared about helping us make the right choice. We are extremely happy with our experience and would HIGHLY recommend Johan to anyone! If you’re looking for someone who is honest, attentive, personable, and truly exceptional at what they do, definitely ask for Johan.

  Johan is my favorite sales guy, and his method for keeping my shoe game on point is the absolute best! He even remembers my shoe size and knows how different brands and styles fit. He always advises me whether I should size up, size down, or stay true to size—and his recommendations are always on point! Johan is helpful, responsive, and always available to answer my questions. I fly down once or twice a year for some much-needed sunshine—and, of course, to see what Johan has waiting for me! He always takes great care of me and never disappoints. If you want excellent, personalized service and someone who will keep your shoe collection fresh, Johan is definitely your guy!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service — Johan B. I want to take a moment to recognize Johan B. at the Balenciaga Outlet at Sawgrass Outlets because he truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Johan is the only associate I’ve encountered at Sawgrass who consistently does exactly what he says he’s going to do. He keeps his customers informed about sales, new merchandise, and especially those incredible blowout sales. He doesn’t just tell you about the merchandise—he actually sends photos, makes recommendations, and even takes the time to pose in the items so customers can see how they fit and look in real life. That level of personal attention is rare! Johan makes sure his customers have access to the merchandise they’re looking for and keeps everyone in the know. He is knowledgeable, responsive, personable, and genuinely committed to providing an amazing shopping experience. He has earned my trust as a customer because when Johan says he’s going to follow up, he follows up. When he says he’ll keep you updated, you can count on hearing from him. Honestly, Johan deserves a promotion! Balenciaga, please recognize the value of an associate who understands customer service, builds relationships, and goes the extra mile.   My wife and I have had such a great experience shopping at Balenciaga, and a huge part of that is because of Johan. He has always been incredibly welcoming, helpful and professional, and every time we visit the store, he goes above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience. We have also worked with Johan over the phone, and he is always quick to respond and extremely helpful, even when we’re not physically at the store. He genuinely takes the time to understand what we’re looking for and makes the entire shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable. Johan provides the kind of customer service you don’t come across often. We truly appreciate everything he does and always look forward to working with him. He is a great representative of Balenciaga and deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides.
