  Had the best experience at Balenciaga Miami Design District! Pierre Lafortune was absolutely amazing — super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable, and I never felt rushed or pressured at all. Such a sweet and professional SA! I’m so glad I met him and will definitely ask for Pierre again next time I’m in Miami. Highly recommend!! 🤍

  I went to Balenciaga, and the manager who assisted me was simply impeccable; she and her colleague guided me perfectly on purchasing the glasses I wanted... They let me try on the glasses to see if they were exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be making the purchase❤️ Thanks for all the care, and congratulations on an amazing team.

  Urgent. Breaking News. Rescue of French Grandmother and Infant in Stroller French grandmother stops me for help and says she is lost at about 39th and 2nd avenue. Says her granddaughter is at a yoga event. I send her to The Yoga Joint near Trader Joe's unaware it was a pop up yoga event in the Miami design district. The Universe intuitively guided me to the pop up yoga event in front Balenciaga. Instructor makes an announcement. We find the Mom. Tell her what happened. Developing... If you see the grandmother and infant send her to Balenciaga. She looked terrified. She speaks little English, has short Grey hair, and was pushing a black stroller.
