  OMG! I just had the best retail experience of my life at this store. I walked in asking about a replacement strap for my City Small bag and I was helped by the gorgeous Onyx and another beautiful advisor and they treated me like a queen. I walked out with a brand new strap and more admiration than I ever had for Balenciaga. This store is the definition of love and luxury and the staff is the best in the business. Do yourself a favor and shop at this store for all things Balenciaga. This will be my go-to store from now on! Thank you, gents. You rock and roll!

  I bought a pair of Balenciaga shoes at saks before the pandemic, wore them about 5 x, the metal stud fell off. I took the shoes to balenciaga at Bal Harbor to see if they could locate a stud to replace the one that fell off and got lost. The manager made 0 effort to help me! I own at least 6 bags- will never buy one again! I got the shoes fixed from a shoe repair co. But Balenciaga doesn’t stand by their goods.
