- TFTammy FoxOct 20, 20211.0I bought a pair of Balenciaga shoes at saks before the pandemic, wore them about 5 x, the metal stud fell off. I took the shoes to balenciaga at Bal Harbor to see if they could locate a stud to replace the one that fell off and got lost. The manager made 0 effort to help me! I own at least 6 bags- will never buy one again! I got the shoes fixed from a shoe repair co. But Balenciaga doesn’t stand by their goods.
