  If I could give this store zero stars, I would. Alo has been an absolutely terrible experience at this location, and Store Manager Maria is the main reason I now genuinely hate shopping at Alo. We initially wanted to use a valid Alo gift card for an in-store purchase. The cashier had no issue with it, and we were ready to pay. Maria then stepped in and refused to let the purchase go through, insisting that we order online instead. Forcing a customer to abandon a perfectly valid in-store transaction and place a more complicated online order made absolutely no sense. We still cooperated and did exactly what she told us to do. Because we were under time pressure, we selected Buy Online, Pick Up In Store. We had used this service at the same location before, and it had taken no more than a few hours. This time, the order was not prepared that day, and we had to return the following day. Because of Maria, I had to visit this store three times in two days just to complete one purchase and collect one order. I wasted an unacceptable amount of time and effort because she refused to handle a basic customer issue properly. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was exhausting, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Maria was rude, dismissive, unhelpful, and showed absolutely no interest in finding a solution. Every time she became involved, the situation became worse. Her communication skills were extremely poor, and she displayed no sense of customer care, which is shocking for someone who is supposed to be the store manager. This store is located in a highly touristic area, yet she could not communicate clearly with us in English. We do not speak Spanish. Instead of allowing another employee to assist us, she repeatedly involved herself while contributing nothing useful to the situation. A manager is supposed to solve problems, not create more of them. The only person I want to exclude from this criticism is Juan. He was kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful. He helped us process the pickup. Alo presents itself as a premium brand and charges premium prices, but there was absolutely nothing premium about this experience. No customer should spend this much money and be treated like a burden. Maria’s behavior completely destroyed my opinion of Alo. I genuinely left this experience hating the brand, entirely because of how she treated us. One manager should never have the power to make customers regret ever shopping with a company, but Maria managed to do exactly that. Avoid this location. Go to another Alo store.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Alo location. Maria (the manager) was extremely dismissive and came across as rude from the moment I walked in. She barely acknowledged me, seemed uninterested in helping, and made me feel unwelcome the entire time. Customer service should make people feel valued and respected, but unfortunately that was not the case here. I expected a much more professional and friendly atmosphere from a brand like ALO.

  Beautiful store with beautifully displayed merchandise. Everything for the Yoga enthusiast, even mats. A nice selection of appropriate shoes. The minimalist design of the store is so in keeping with the Yoga vibe. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
