  I had a very disappointing experience at this Alo location. Maria (the manager) was extremely dismissive and came across as rude from the moment I walked in. She barely acknowledged me, seemed uninterested in helping, and made me feel unwelcome the entire time. Customer service should make people feel valued and respected, but unfortunately that was not the case here. I expected a much more professional and friendly atmosphere from a brand like ALO.

  Beautiful store with beautifully displayed merchandise. Everything for the Yoga enthusiast, even mats. A nice selection of appropriate shoes. The minimalist design of the store is so in keeping with the Yoga vibe. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

  I'm impressed with the exceptional customer service I received at this store, particularly from Virginia, Luz, and Sebastian. They demonstrated a thorough understanding of the customer care and service process, which was a stark contrast to my experience at the Alo Yoga store in Merrick Park, where some associates struggled to provide clear guidance on returns and exchanges. Thank you guys!

  My bad experience was related to the staff even tho I spent almost $1.000 at the store no one bother to acknowledge my presence only the person at the door who called another employee to bring me a pair of shoes, they would just deliver it without checking if I need anything else.
