  Extremely upset and disappointed. This was ordered for delivery on Mother’s day for our 94-yr-old mom and as of 6:25 pm the order hadn’t arrived! When I tracked the order earlier, it was not even being “crafted” yet! I called 2x already and left a message at past 2 pm and then again later but NO ONE has called back. I decided to cancel the order. I hope they refund my money. Just awful. Update: I did get my money back BUT they had the gall to KEEP the tip can you believe it! What the - they tipped themselves for NOT delivering the item? Am I missing something here?!? Please do NOT patronize this store.

  Terrible service, I haven’t received my order. No one is answering the phone, it doesn’t even say that they started crafting the order. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The whole point was to have the arrangement delivered on Mother’s Day.

  if it allowed me to put 0 stars i would. first of all, this store does not do delivery on mothers day yet their website false advertises that they do. i have a broken leg for mothers day and this was the only way to get my mom something from them. they were very disrespectful when i called. just avoid this location entirely and maybe just avoid edible arrangements entirely too after this mess ill never do it again

  I went there for a last minute fruit gift and the employee helped me with my decision highly recommended and went back later that day for more strawberries

  Its now 8:45 pm and I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered. I paid $70 for my order and it's still "1 stop away". The location is 3 miles from my house and cannot have the order delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. Im very upset!
