  This is my first time ordering with this company at this location and I was very unsatisfied first the order showed as out for delivery and then it stated that it tried to deliver but was unmanageable to deliver I contacted the company and the company stated that that was an error message on very have and they don't know how that happened they're going to resend out my delivery why was home all day and didn't get anything delivered just lying to cover their own butts horrible experience whenever I order from it again I know that I'll just go to Publix and dip it in chocolate myself

  Horrible experience the products are not fresh and the quality and presentation does not match As you see I got a complete different product and when I spoke on the phone Tiffany want it to make it up by saying that they ran out of boards ( LOL) and that she would give me a partial discount on the order. The strawberries are passed out , the bananas taste horrible ! It seems like this was made a day ago not hours ago ! Do no EVER buy from here unless you want to waste your money !!!!

  When you go to the store no one is there. People want to see items sometimes before ordering. Why have a store and hours posted and no one is there.

  Extremely upset and disappointed. This was ordered for delivery on Mother’s day for our 94-yr-old mom and as of 6:25 pm the order hadn’t arrived! When I tracked the order earlier, it was not even being “crafted” yet! I called 2x already and left a message at past 2 pm and then again later but NO ONE has called back. I decided to cancel the order. I hope they refund my money. Just awful. Update: I did get my money back BUT they had the gall to KEEP the tip can you believe it! What the - they tipped themselves for NOT delivering the item? Am I missing something here?!? Please do NOT patronize this store.
