  I was so disappointed. I ordered the day before around 7 pm for next delivery which qualified for 1 hour delivery. I put deliver to the airport. When I kept a checking the delivery it kept saying 1 stop away so I finally called to see what was up at 13:07 pm I called and asked what was going on they said that he was on his way. Then at 13:11 pm they called me and said that he can’t park to come into the airport I then said no I don’t want you to come into the airport I’m located at door 18 departures. She said no problem. I said do you want me to wait outside she said give him time to loop around. I waited and waited no one came I then called back no answer. I finally got someone to answer at 14:02 pm .. they said that the person attempted to deliver but then was told by airport police he had to move .. I was outside the whole time .. I asked why didn’t I receive a phone call .. there communication is bad .. I don’t even think they really even came to the airport and tried to deliver. I think once they saw it was an airport deliver they didn’t even bother .. because the guy on the phone went one to say that that’s why they don’t deliver to airports .. nowhere on the site does it say bo airport delivery’s .. anyways had to drive all the way there and pick it up myself .. and bring it back to the airport I was so annoyed.. I won’t order anything from this store again .. and I tipped that delivery guy 10 bucks in advance lol ridiculous!!

  I ordered chocolate strawberries. The chocolate tasted like dark chocolate, bitter and not sweet at all. The excuse was that the franchise stopped using Hershey's and went with another "semi-sweet" brand instead. It tastes horrible. When I asked if I can get a fresh order of the white chocolate or a refund, they said no to both. Don't order here. The reviews from the last few months should tell you everything you need to know.

  This is my first time ordering with this company at this location and I was very unsatisfied first the order showed as out for delivery and then it stated that it tried to deliver but was unmanageable to deliver I contacted the company and the company stated that that was an error message on very have and they don't know how that happened they're going to resend out my delivery why was home all day and didn't get anything delivered just lying to cover their own butts horrible experience whenever I order from it again I know that I'll just go to Publix and dip it in chocolate myself

  Horrible experience the products are not fresh and the quality and presentation does not match As you see I got a complete different product and when I spoke on the phone Tiffany want it to make it up by saying that they ran out of boards ( LOL) and that she would give me a partial discount on the order. The strawberries are passed out , the bananas taste horrible ! It seems like this was made a day ago not hours ago ! Do no EVER buy from here unless you want to waste your money !!!!
