- DDDaniel DoyleApr 16, 20265.0Jessica, the manager at location 1768 (673 Collins Ave Spc B) was SO helpful. Super friendly; very knowledgeable about the products and was eager to answer questions or offer advice. I wish more salespeople were like her. I will be back and I will also recommend this spot to any family and friends visiting the area. Keep up the great work!

- DPDan PattonMar 29, 20215.0I sat on my glasses I’ve never done that I keep glasses for years. I’m incredibly sun light sensitive. I went to the store to buy new glasses I love the Oakley feedbacks have had 4 pairs over the years. I called the store first desperate that they had them the associate didn’t hesitate she knew what glasses I was looking for just by name and started naming off the colors they had in stock. I was so relieved. I then told her they were brand new and I sat on them. She said no problem come in and we will replace them for half off with proof of purchase. Unfortunately the associate in NYC neglected to attach the sale to my profile and I’m in Florida so don’t have my original receipt. She again said no problem called two stores in NY and finally obtained the original receipt transaction pushes a few buttons ans handed me my replacement glasses. Friendly knowledgeable and efficient service! We needmore like her in the customer service world. Thanks!!!
