  Staff feels very judgemental, walk out with barely anything sold and very minimum offers... Purchase prices are higher than would be expected

  I brought in mostly new unworn clothes some with tags all name brand and Nike dunks they didn't take any of it because it has "wear and tear" but took 7 year old sweatpants that store is full of shoes with dirt on them clothes that's no one is gonna buy yet they didn't take brand new brandy Melville, Hollister, urban outfitters, H&M, target etc like give the people what they want.

  Don’t waste your time they don’t buy anymore. A few months ago didn’t buy 2 totes full of Calvin Klein and other popular brands. Drove 45 minutes today same thing they go oh the clothes have stains are used and were really full. First change your rehearsed speech because you’re insulting people. Because some of the clothes literally had tags on them. If your full just state that we aren’t buying don’t lie to my face and say they are stained and used. Terrible business model put signs up at the door maybe advertise on your site you aren’t buying instead of wasting peoples time to bring you clothes to sell.
