  Made a mistake sending my daughter. They gave my daughter 38 dollars for 7 things, all name brand jeans & 2 pairs of shoes also name brand. 1 was brand new never worn, the other worn maybe twice. That means they paid her approximately 5.42 cents for each item that they will turn around and make way more money selling it to customers. To me that is considered a scam, but my daughter didn’t know any better. Don’t bother with this place, your items will sell for way more on Mercari or FB marketplace.

  Staff feels very judgemental, walk out with barely anything sold and very minimum offers... Purchase prices are higher than would be expected

  I brought in mostly new unworn clothes some with tags all name brand and Nike dunks they didn't take any of it because it has "wear and tear" but took 7 year old sweatpants that store is full of shoes with dirt on them clothes that's no one is gonna buy yet they didn't take brand new brandy Melville, Hollister, urban outfitters, H&M, target etc like give the people what they want.
