- OBotto boy6 days ago5.0My handicap friend wanted to purchase a pair of red white and blue bathing suit for the Fourth of July. We could not find one anywhere in the store. He found one on the mannequin that was his size. 2 ladies came and assisted us, and they literally took off the bathing suit off the mannequin and gave it to him. This was absolutely amazing and put a big smile on his face. Thank you, JCPenney.

It’s already torn from the wash, so I guess they expect you to buy a new one every year, when I tried to call the store to see if they had any nobody answers the phone. It just rang indefinitely. Better off going to target and spending $30 instead. You can get everything pennys has at target for half and the stuff at pennys is the same if not worse quality. Those location will close soon.
