  Ordered some chocolate covered strawberries for a gift and they showed up late in the evening with mold and warm. Called and spoke with Bre less then 24 hours after receiving and should could not do anything because the boss was on vacation and couldn’t issue me a refund or handle the situation because they don’t allow her to. So if there is any issues it has to wait til it fits into the managers schedule. Edible arrangements should pull everything from this franchise because they are making your company look like a freaking joke. Worst one I have dealt with. The flowers they brought as well all were dying. Since they won’t return my phone calls I will be showing up to the store tomorrow to get my refund! My child took a bite and spit it out saying it was discussing because the banana was rotten under the chocolate.

  Didn’t read the posts before ordering. Ugh. Just trusted the brand. Order never received and no call back or email message back about it.

  If I could give a ZERO OR NEGATIVE I WOULD!! I ordered a fruit and chocolate tray bundle with a bouquet of flowers for my father and girlfriend for Easter. The tray was delivered albeit not as described or shown BUT ABSOLUTELY NO FLOWERS! This location did not give me a discount, refund or offer to deliver the flowers another day! I was totally ignored and 2 MONTHS later after fighting the charge I was offered a refund IF I RETURNED THE PRODUCT IN ITS ORIGINAL FORM TO THE STORE! REALLY!?!?!? I NEVER RECEIVED THE FLOWERS AND THE FRUIT WAS MUSH 2 months ago… AS IF ANYONE WOULD HOLD ON TO ROTTEN FRUIT FOR 2 MONTHS!! BUYER BEWARE!!! This wasn’t my first dealing with undelivered orders from this location but it’s CERTAINLY my LAST!! Word of mouth is your best and worst advertisement!!!

  I had to wait for 10 minutes for anyone to come out. I didn't see any pre-made arrangements in the refrigerator. I used to work for edible arrangements 30 years ago and the place was always kept nice we had arrangements that were pre-made for the just in case people. A guy comes walking out from the back and looked totally disheveled his hair was a hot mess, his shirt look like he was working for a car shop instead of edible arrangements. Then he proceeded to tell me that there are closing early today now mind you I was there at 4 something this afternoon i rather upset, because it is my birthday and they didn't have anything premade. I saw two arrangements in that refrigerator and I was thoroughly disgusted by the guy walking through the door having to wait for an extended amount of time and I guarantee I will never go back to this location ever again. They definitely will not get my business.

  If there was a Zero rating - I would definitely use it. Was not able to put a review on here sooner due to medical issues. My daughter purchased a Mother’s Day Bouquet for $100.00 as well as a card and balloon. I received the bouquet - which was really pathetic for that much money. It was shottingly put together and was definitely not worth $100.00. It was in a small red vase nothing decorative about it and they put a brown ugly ribbon on it - really??? And for that much money!! Additionally she paid for a card and a balloon, which I never received. I have had other Edibles before - and they were amazing. This was definitely not it!! I would not use this location or else you will be disappointed like I was.
