  I am not surprised this store has such low reviews. I really am not. What I ordered and what was delivered - they gave me this low budget version of the mocha tini. Not even in the same container. #1 Gave me the cheaper uglier container #2 Ugly arrangement with ugly decorations. I literally could have done a better job. I was asking for a partial credit or a full refund and they wouldn't provide with either unless I brought the arrangement back to them. (I could NOT bring the arrangement back to them as I live in Kissimmee and this was delivered to my mother for her birthday) #3 The delivery driver couldn't even go up the stairs to have it delivered. Publix could have done a better job with these chocolate covered strawberries. Over priced + terrible customer service + ugly product. The reviews speak for themselves. $121 + $18 delivery tip...... for this type of service is absurd. I spent 16 minutes on the phone with them, they could have offered a re-delivery, partial discount, literally anything, they don't care that these are gifts 99% of the time. They will not try to accommodate you or "make it right" You can tell they could care less about the products they put out the door. No passion for presentation to give the client what they paid for. EVERYONE at that location needs a lesson on how to drizzle chocolate on strawberries, how to put together an arrangement and how to make things right when you get it WRONG.

  I ordered a large chocolate dipped fruit platter with cheese cakes and a bouquet of flowers. This was an Anniversary gift. The Chocolate platter was perfect. The flowers were wilted, rotten and frozen. I tried to contact the company and sent pics of the flowers. No response. Don't order the flowers unless you are prepared for embarrassment. Stick to the fruit. I'm including pics of the flowers.

  Despite the horrendous reviews, my experience wasn't that bad. Had I done research and saw the reviews, I probably wouldn't have ordered from here. The only issue I had was not receiving a confirmation email after ordering, which was promptly fixed by the cooperate customer service when I emailed them. The arrangement arrived in tact, and looked as advertised.

  I should have read all these terrible reviews before I ordered. I thought the Edible Arrangements brand was better than this. Ordered flowers and strawberries for my friend's birthday on Monday since I couldn't get to her until Friday and was absolutely appalled by what was delivered. Here's a picture of what I ordered and what I saw 4 days later when I got there. Can't get response back from Edible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!

  Received a basket as a gift and all the fruit was mushy and the berries tasted like alcohol and the chocolate was falling off of them. I can’t believe for the price what this looked like. Do not use this company. Also I reached out to customer service TWICE and have yet to get a response. Once they have your money they don’t care if you are happy apparently. Better off making this at home. Least it would be edible.
