  I Received edible arrangements Melbourne fl for Mothers Day from my Daughter. It was supposed to be delivered before 7.00. At 8.00 is when it arrived and the driver couldn't find us so my Husband had to go outside to find the driver. When we Received the box and opened it up it was all melted and thrown in a box. Horrible Then they had a cookie that was thrown in with it. No presentation whatsoever. Tryed calling the store and left messages and they won't pick up the phone e or call back. This ace should be closed down. A 3 year old could do better. A complete rip off.

  I placed an order the Wednesday before Mother’s Day and was told it would arrive on time. The tracking showed that the store had received the order, but by the end of Mother’s Day, it still hadn’t even been started. I tried calling the next day—multiple times throughout the day—and never got an answer. I left a message and never received a call back. Out of frustration, I checked reviews for this location and found that almost every recent review described the same experience, especially within the last few days. I also attempted to use the online chat, and when I asked to speak to an agent, the very next message said: “The Edible Live chat is currently closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Please try again later.” Then the chat immediately ended. This has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially for something as important as Mother’s Day. Please do not waste your money here. I’m still waiting to see if I even get a refund. *update still no response. But my mom did receive a delivery. Strawberries. She's allergic to strawberries. It was never part of my order. Not a single strawberry was part of my order. But yet she got a box of chocolate covered strawberries. Please shut this store down.

  I live in Texas, so I ordered my mother an Arrangement to be delivered on Mother’s Day. 3 PM rolls around and I still see that it hasn’t even been started at the store so I tried to call. No answer. That’s fine. I figured they were just really busy because of the holiday. Around 5 o’clock it still shows that it hasn’t started been made so I called again. And again. And again. No answer. I called no less than 20 times. My mother’s arrangement never got delivered and I never received any information about what was going on. This morning I tried to call the store again. No answer of course. I tried to call the number for corporate. No answer, of course. I totally understand that Mother’s Day is a busy holiday, but the fact that it never got delivered and then I never received any information about what was going on is absolutely absurd. Not to mention them never answering the phone. I had to send my stepdad up there to get me a refund because I could not get a hold of anybody. When he got there, they said oh yeah we’re working on it right now. That’s cool, give me a refund. I will never ever ever use edible arrangements again.

  If i could leave no stars I would. Not only can you not get a hold of anyone when you call, but the order tracker they provide they don’t even update that. I ordered for my mother for mother’s day some chocolate covered strawberries. Sooo simple. And was told it would be delivered before 7 then was told would be delivered at 7:30 then was told 8:00 pm it is now 9:40 at night and still no order. Not to mention i called the store about 12 times throughout the day because nothing was being updated. But then again partially my fault for failing to check reviews. Needless to say save your time and money. Spent 99 dollars including tip and im sorry but i work in catering and being late for deliveries is not okay. And also the business not planning accordingly for holidays is most definitely not the customers problem.

  So I just received this mother's day gift from my son who ordered from this location. I text my son, who is in the military stationed out west, to say thank you for the gift but also ask if this is what he really ordered? He said absolutely not and sent me a picture that was advertised of what he paid for. Absolutely no flowers were delivered and not the same baked goods provided that was advertised. Not only that, but when the box was delivered, it was really hot like it sat in a car all day, and it had gooey sticky stuff on the bottom of it. It also looked like the contents were all shaken up. I understand Mother's Day must be a really busy day for companies but if you can't deliver what you advertise, maybe you shouldn't oversell. This delivery was very disappointing and definitely not what my son paid for. BTW, these are going straight into the trash because I'm not sure how safe they are to eat.
