  On Sunday, I decided to go shopping at one of my favorite stores, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. As a loyal American Eagle and Aerie customer for over 10 years, it’s upsetting to see how much the customer service seems to have declined. I believe the employee who helped me was named Anne, and she appeared to be a manager. I needed assistance finding a pair of jeans, but her attitude was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Her tone of voice and body language came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, making what should have been a simple shopping experience unpleasant. Unfortunately, the condition of the store was just as disappointing. Clothing was scattered everywhere, with items thrown around and the store looking messy and disorganized. Customer service and the overall shopping experience matter, especially when customers have supported a brand for over a decade. I never expected to feel so unwelcome simply for asking an employee for help. It’s disappointing to see two brands I’ve loved and shopped at for so many years fall short in both customer service and store presentation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. As a longtime customer, I expected much better.

  I love the convenience of having this stand-alone store location in the Avenues versus having to go to the mall. Much preferred and great staff experiences each time I’ve shopped.

  Came in to shop and there were no hours posted on the door. It seemed like the shop was closing so we asked an associate and multiple people said take your time so we tried to finish up quickly. A rude man working on the American Eagle side was letting customers walk into the store and get half way thru before he started just yelling "we're closed we're closed" at them, not even a greeting or asking them if they could come back tomorrow. He then tracked my girlfriend down in the fitting room and started yelling at her to leave while she was changing. She apologized and said that the other associates had told her it was fine, to take her time and finish up. He disregarded that and just rudely told her "we closed 5 minutes ago and I need to close the till" and then walked off.
