Great customer service and beautiful jewelry. Ari was very kind and helped my fiancé and I sort out a ring sizing issue while we were here on vacation.

I had the most amazing visit to Kathein Jewelers Marco Island today with the Father & Son Ari (Gemologist) not only did I feel welcomed, but the time Ari took to explain some gold pieces of mine and even looked at a ring and told me the history behind this piece, we talked for a while and I felt so at home that they even offered me an amazing cup of coffee..wow. I would highly recommend this family owned store and shall visit again for sure, so glad I found this GEM, regards Janice....05/22/2024
