  Went to location in marathon and got back home and 2 of my items still have security tags attached. Called to see what can be done because I live far from marathon and one of the shirts was damaged because of the tag. They told me I have 7 days to come back to get it fixed even though it was their fault that the tags were left on the shirts. Very unprofessional considering it was their fault and the next time I can make it out to Marathon is not for another 10 days. Extremely disappointed with their customer service.

  It’s really a great store, lots of items. But I walked around for 15 minutes trying to find somebody to help me with fishing gear. I was gonna get one of the reels that were locked up but couldn’t find anyone. Then I went to go maybe get a pair of Paula pliers and there’s no price on it. I’ve been to many of these, and quite frankly the one here in Marathon is horribly managed. Oh, and I did finally find some staff, they were all huddled together talking to each other. At that point, I told my wife to put up the clothes and shit that she found, and we’re leaving.

  Surf Style 170 is without a doubt the largest beach store I have ever seen. The place is absolutely massive and the variety it offers is truly incredible. Beach gear, fishing supplies, surf equipment, clothing, candy, souvenirs of every kind and a full ice cream shop on site. And if that were not enough, there is even an on site surf practice platform that adds a fun and unique dimension to the experience. Whatever you are looking for for a day at the beach or a Florida Keys memory to take home, you will find it here and then some. A must stop.

  This is the biggest Surf Style I've been in. The amount of merchandise is amazing, and the Flowrider surfing simulator was enticing. There is even a sweet shop and ice cream parlor in this store. I had to deduct a star because a lot of merchandise did not have prices, and when purchasing two of the same item they rang up different prices. Also, I asked the cashier where a good location in the Keys would be to go skimboarding, since skimboards are sold here, but they didn't know what skimboarding was. I thought that should be basic knowledge for employees there.

  Such a misleading company. We came in today and were immediately handed a coupon for $30 OFF of $150 or more. We spent 30 minutes in the store picking out $168 worth of items. Upon checking out they said the coupon wasn’t valid because it needed to be Surf Style branded clothing ONLY that added to $150 and we needed to spend another $92 of Surg Style branded merch for the coupon to apply! You tell me how that’s not misleading. Is it in your store? Does it add up to $150+? Then how does the coupon not apply? They pulled this crap on us during Christmas and we swore we wouldn’t be back. As locals, you’re not going to stay in business very long misleading the public like this. Do better or don’t expect local support!
