Never been to a Surf Style before, but they are the Buckee's of beach stores! The place is huge, everything you need for the beach is here, even the stuff you don't need! Beach towels, swim suits, sun screen, plenty of shirts and shorts, all kinds of toys for the kids. Then the best thing they have Flo Rider wave pool right out front! Pay a small fee and try to ride the perfect forever wave.

I booked the flow rider for my 3 children on 2 different nights during my week stay in marathon, and both times were a wasted disappointment. Aside from the fact that it’s extremely expensive for a 30 minute ride, my kids were sharing their PAID TIME with Employees that wanted to have fun during their session. At least 3 employees were surfing during the paid time of my children, extremely limiting the time they got to enjoy themselves. This happened both nights, and on the second night they even tried to lie and say that they were all booked out for the night, only to find out it was just the employees again wanting the sessions to themselves for the end of the night. Extremely unprofessional.

We bought sunglasses the lady was very helpful and patient at the sunglass spot, the register girl wasn’t friendly and the store was very disorganized we were trying To do the buy three get one free for The shirts, and even though the sign is literally everywhere on every rack, not all of them are qualified, even though it is the brand. I’m just irritated that was many of the things that was frustrating. You guys need to work with the customers more and be nicer.

Far too many clothes for sale, if you ask me. The keys are a very unique place. While they do have some fishing and snorkeling equipment, it's not nearly enough. It was tiny in comparison to the amount of clothing they sell. For instance we were looking for the booties that you put on your feet under your fins. They don't carry anything like that. They just have a couple of cheap sets of fins that come with a mask. The location should really tailor to the needs of the community and this particular community doesn't need endless $70 shirts. Sure, tourists will buy a few. But if they want to make money and stay here in this location, it would behoove them to carry a greater selection of the materials that those of us that like ocean activities would use. Little details matter as well. For instance they sold the bottles of the Mexican Coca-Cola at the checkout which was great. And then I asked if they had a bottle opener and the answer was no. Dude. Common sense. Big corporations often don't do well in the keys for a reason. Hopefully the local management at surf style will take that into consideration and start meeting the unique needs of the ocean fairing community.

False advertising and even worse management. I stopped in to buy a pair of flip-flops because they were advertising a discount on all footwear: buy one, get the second pair half off. At the register, they charged me full price. After going back and forth with several absurd explanations—and being sent to walk around the store four times to find a different pair—the manager told me it was a mistake. That was the only answer I got. When I explained that I should still receive the discount since it was advertised, she didn’t even respond and just kept walking away. By the way, I’m talking about $140 flip-flops. Not only that, On the same rack, one shirt was priced at $99, while the exact same shirt a little farther back was priced at $40. I saw the same thing with several other products. Sizing is often very off , some quality brands seems to be different and cheap fabric . 2 stars cause the fishing section is fairly good priced and quality.
