Hi Tommy, Your store and apparel is absolutely beautiful, unfortunately your employees at this location isn’t friendly to me or my family. We walked in and the young lady looked right at us and didn’t say one single word, and she turned her head. Was in your store 5 mins and still nothing so I walked by her and spoke then she replied. I shopped in several stores in this mall and every store especially MK and Coach greeting us with open arms and big smiles. Didn’t bother to get her name I’m not trying get anyone in trouble, however the part I waited to express was how a white lady walked in and this rep spoke with a large smile. Now take that for whatever it’s worth but this was my experience today at your location at Tampa outlet In Lutz FL. Check your cameras we were in your store approximately 1p because we had just left the Nike store. To the owner I appreciate the reply. My experiences at your stores are usually awesome. It was just that location.
