I brought them back in, and Solana was incredible—she was extremely thorough in investigating the problem, identified the issue right away, and swapped them out for a brand-new pair without any hassle. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and top-tier service completely blew me away. If you're looking for great shades and even better customer care, definitely go see Solana. Highly recommended! Ahmad was also nice by recommending the perfect glasses for me.
