They forgot to write a name for my room and a gentleman working there unlocked my door and let a middle-aged man into my room while I was undressing, which is EXTREMELY unacceptable and violated my safety. The man working did not apologize and was rude. Thankfully I am an adult, but there are lots of young girls who shop here and the safety of your customers should be top priority.
