  I am in the process of buying my second Rolex watch from JR Dunn as a gift from my wonderful husband. He has had an organ transplant with a few recent complications so he wants to buy me my dream watch as a 32nd wedding anniversary gift. We are praying for many more years together. We are working with Harvey and he is amazing. Although I am waiting for my watch, an Oyster Perpetual 36mm in Pistachio, I know that JR Dunn will do the very best to have my watch on my wrist sooner than later. I highly recommend JR Dunn for all your jewelry needs, they are just the best. I’ll be back to fill you all in on my happy Rolex day when it happens. Thank you JR Dunn for helping to make my next anniversary the most memorable ever! I’ll have patience.

  This was my first visit to J.R. Dunn, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Rosemine went above and beyond by answering all of my questions, taking the time to give me a thorough tour of the watches and jewelry, and making the entire visit enjoyable and informative. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine kindness made a lasting impression. Because of Rosemine, I’ll definitely be coming back and will specifically request her. I highly recommend this J.R. Dunn location—and if you visit, be sure to ask for Rosemine. 10/10 experience!

  I recently used JR Dunn to have two Rolex watches that I own brought back to life. Reggie Coote, the Rolex liaison, for JR Dunn was awesome. He was so helpful, professional and very informative on the process of sending these watches to the Rolex service center and having them refurbished and coming back like they just came out of the display case. I highly recommend Reggie and the team at JR Dunn for making this whole process much less stressful then I thought it would be. I would like to thank Reggie and everyone at JR Dunn for an incredible experience, the service was impeccable. A shout out to Jordan Lenter as well for helping me get through the delivery process, which was a challenge in itself but only on my end. Jordan knows what I mean. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and gave me her full attention. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed while I tried on so many beautiful pieces. She took the time to understand my style and offered thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy. She also cleaned my jewelry, making it sparkle like new, helped me create my customer profile and wishlist for future pieces, and made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Her attention to detail, promptness, and genuine care for her customers truly stood out. Shopping with Denise felt like a personalized luxury experience. She went above and beyond to make my visit memorable, and I left feeling excited about future purchases.
