  Went in for a necklace for a diamond I owned , Unfortunately I did buy a beautiful Tudor watch ( company is part of Rolex, who knew) I never did. Love watches. Beautiful inside and the entire staff was fabulous. Shout out to Anthony Bonner my sales associate and my Virgo friend at the entrance, Jorvis. Discreet . Very interesting. My wallet is not happy but I am. If you want to buy anything to do with new jewelry or watches, go there. Fantastic place! Ok, few more honorable mentions, Anthony ( yes there are two or more ) Jessica fabulous ! ( fellow Virgo.)

  Shopping at JR Dunn is truly a wonderful experience. I was delighted to work with Harvey, who took the time to respond to an e-mail requesting an appointment and inquiring about an item I had seen and admired quite a while ago. He was able to locate the item I was interested in and to meet at my convenience to complete the sale. While my purchase was small in comparison to the majority of the items carried by JR Dunn, the presentation was magnificent, worthy of the Koohinor diamond! Unwrapping the item at home brought back all the excitement of anticipating the purchase--it was truly a luxurious experience. After the purchase was completed, Harvey also took the time to show me a few other items I was interested in, so I can begin to think about the next "treat" I might allow myself at JR Dunn--I look forward to shopping with him again!

  I met Dmitriy for the first time a few months back. Walked into J.R. Dunn and told him I was hunting a very specific Rolex Datejust for my girl for a special occasion. He listened, took it seriously, and went to work. In the months since, he helped me pick out a watch winder, then another piece of jewelry and then delivered the exact Datejust I’d asked for this past Saturday. From day one he’s been patient, no pressure, just a guy who actually cares about getting it right for you and the people you love. That kind of relationship doesn’t happen by accident, and I don’t take it for granted. He’s my jeweler going forward. Ask for him by name. Highly recommend.

  I am extremely satisfied with my experience at J.R. Dunn. Mr. Bonner assisted me in purchasing a watch and he was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. The experience was very pleasant and it didn't feel like most of the other watch stores I have been to. I felt like they genuinely care about the customer and it was very nice to see that. Thank you guys! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
