  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dmitriy on several occasions now, and he has truly made every experience a great one. Most recently, he helped my mom and me with some beautiful jewelry pieces, and a few months earlier he helped me acquire a Rolex Explorer I that has quickly become the perfect everyday watch. What I appreciate most about Dmitriy is how genuine and down to earth he is. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and patient, but there’s never any pressure. He takes the time to listen, gets to know what you actually like, and makes the experience feel personal rather than just another transaction. To me, Dmitriy is exactly what a great Rolex and jewelry sales associate should be. Someone you can trust, enjoy working with, and look forward to seeing again for the next special purchase.   I stopped in today because I am in the market for my first Rolex. Christina helped me and was very kind and warm. They had a nice selection of exhibition pieces to see, and had the model and color on exhibition that I was hoping to see in person. I drove 2 hours to come check them out today, and after this experience, I would make the drive again, bypassing closer places, to give them my business because the service was that good. I had my name placed on the list for 2 models. In a world where you hear stories of Rolex ADs be very uninviting to walk ins, J.R. Dunn sets a great example of how to treat clients.

  Very happy with my recent GMT Master II purchase at this store. Very welcoming staff. Great collections of high end watches at this store. I called around many shops throughout Florida that are certified to sell brand new Rolex watches, but JR Dunn had the most variety of collections available for exhibition. I personally worked with Reggie Coote who was very professional and made the whole experience very seamless. The wait time to receive your watch after placing an inquiry might be much longer than you anticipate, but Reggie made sure to get the job done right on my birthday (within a month of placing the order). Very appreciative of his effort. Highly recommend this store!
