  Brought in a cross and chain that had a broken loop. It was polished and repaired the next day. They were very professional and courteous.

  I stopped into PJ Rossi to purchase an inexpensive pair of lab diamond earrings to use for travel. The sales ladies name was Rose and she was very accommodating. They have a very nice selection and I ended up getting what I came for, and ended up finding three other pieces as options to wear for an upcoming wedding. I highly recommend. They have great customer service and have been in the Lauderdale by the Sea area for a very long time.

  Pam Rossi- her sister and the entire staff at PJ Rossi have been amazing!! They have been my go to jewelry store for everything since moving here eight years ago. She has created unique one-of-a-kind pieces for me and repaired multiple rings for myself and my relatives. I just purchased an amazing beautiful diamond from them and the price was perfect and quality was beyond other jewelers I have used. I have also used their appraisal program that they offer a few times a year and been extremely happy with that. They have such a wide variety of jewelry from diamonds to pearls gold watches and even inexpensive necklaces and mini beach themed items as they’re right by the ocean. It’s definitely worth your time to go in and browse As you are sore to find an amazing item. Their repair services are unprecedented and they also have a consignment pieces that are beautiful and unique.

  I brought in my necklace to be repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The repair was completed very quickly, and the craftsmanship was excellent—you can’t even tell it was ever damaged! The price was very fair, especially considering the quality of the work and the fast turnaround. A special thank you to Rose for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. I truly appreciated all of her help. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for honest, professional jewelry repairs. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future jewelry needs!
