  I’ve been a long time customer at Belk. When it switched from a department store to an outlet, it seemed so chaotically organized for the first few months. As time went by, the store became my very favorite place to shop. It became so organized that it was easier to find whatever I was looking for due to their use of organizing by size first then colors of the rainbow. If I wanted a blue shirt, I found it quickly. The associates are so friendly and helpful. I liked Belk so much that when I sold my business, I decided I wanted to work at Belk. I now know the reason beyond organization of why I loved Belk so much. The associate exude southern charm to make you feel so welcomed.

  After reading some of the other reviews I was hesitant about shopping at this Belk Outlet. But I was pleasantly surprised because this store is huge and very nicely laid out. There are tons of clothes all organized by type, size and color. My daughter and I spent about an hour shopping and we both found some very cute pieces. Denise was busy stocking new arrivals but she greeted us and offered any help we might need. Denise is very personable, friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain how the pricing worked which made it easy to find fantastic deals on very cute and stylish clothes. We were also looking at bras which are arranged by size so it was easy to quickly see all the different bras in our size in one spot instead of having mixed sizes grouped together that you have to sort through to find your size. Other employees throughout the store were busy stocking new items but they still had friendly smiles for us. At the checkout, Gwen was the cashier and she was very friendly and so helpful offering to check my reward dollars. Which saved an additional amount. If we bought the items we chose for the full retail price it would have cost us about $380 more than we paid. I could have spent hours in that store but my daughter was tired so we had to leave but I will definitely be back very soon! I can't wait to further explore all the nice merchandise at this store!

  Updated review. Ended up having to go back to resolve a problem and Ethan went ABOVE AND BEYOND to compensate us for the hour+ trip. If you have a problem, ask for Ethan. Your problem will be solved. Clara (cashier) was a delight. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NICE store, pleasant employees. Sales absolutely can not be beat. I'll definitely be back.

  Very nice women's clothing and for women's 👠 shoes And some for men's shoes 👞 And large area for men's clothing!
