- AAArman AlidaeiAug 27, 20265.0Had a great experience at Franklin Jewelers! I came in to get the bracelet on my Citizen watch adjusted, and they took care of it in under 5 minutes. It was only $10, and the gentleman who helped me was extremely friendly and professional. Quick, affordable, and great service all around. I’ll definitely be coming back for any watch or jewelry needs in the future. Highly recommend!

- AWArielle WahlersJul 22, 20265.0This place is incredible. Walked in with two broken dainty bracelets and walked out fives minutes later with them repaired. Nice, efficient, amazing. Couldn't have done it on my own the pieces were so small. Great work! Thank you!
- CACarla ArndtJun 28, 20265.0Brought in 3 pieces of jewelry in need of repair. 2 of which are very old and delicate. Thankfully the jeweler was able to repair all 3 pieces and called me the next day. One was a brooch that had lost its straight pin. The second was a jade bracelet, one of its fine gold interlinks was broken. Lastly a necklace that was missing an end ring. I received quality service from start to finish. I am very happy and highly recommend Franklin Jewelers.
