  This place is incredible. Walked in with two broken dainty bracelets and walked out fives minutes later with them repaired. Nice, efficient, amazing. Couldn't have done it on my own the pieces were so small. Great work! Thank you!

  Brought in 3 pieces of jewelry in need of repair. 2 of which are very old and delicate. Thankfully the jeweler was able to repair all 3 pieces and called me the next day. One was a brooch that had lost its straight pin. The second was a jade bracelet, one of its fine gold interlinks was broken. Lastly a necklace that was missing an end ring. I received quality service from start to finish. I am very happy and highly recommend Franklin Jewelers.

  ​Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this place. We dropped off my fiancée's ring around 5:00 PM to get it resized, and they told us we could pick it up the next day. Well, 20 minutes later my phone rings, and it's already done! Victor did an incredible job; the ring fits perfect now, and you honestly can't even tell it was ever worked on. It's totally flawless. While we were there, Victor also swapped out my watch battery in literally seconds. The entire staff was super welcoming, and it’s just so nice to see a family-owned spot with such amazing customer service. Highly recommend!
