  I stopped in to ask about some extra inventory that they might have available. Tony was super nice and said that the owner had just stepped out and that I should come back a little while later. I came back and Victor was running the store with more energy than I could imagine. He answered all of my questions. He even helped me pick out some pieces and was super friendly and nice. I am certainly going to go back and look forward to interacting with them again. Thank you, Victor and Tony.

  Victor at Franklin jeweler's is amazing. We took my husbands wedding band in (45 years old) it was in bad shape. Thin, dented and we were worried it was time for a new one. But Victor repaired the ring and brought its shine back. He even did the repair in less than 24 hours so we could have it for our 45th wedding anniversary today! The price for repair was very reasonable! Thank you again Victor! I will be back for future repairs!!!!

  I needed a broken band on my grandma's watch replaced and their associate, within 5 minutes, fixed the broken band and despite my request, refused to charge me. Conversely, Ackerman Jewelers on Ehrlich told me to take the watch to a shoemaker.

  I can't put in to words how grateful and thankful I am to have found Franklin Jewelers and Victor! I came into Franklin Jewelers knowing I had a challenge for them, resizing my ring from a 6.5 down to a 4, which other jewelers had told me would be impossible. After speaking to Victor, he very confidently expressed he would be more than capable of completing the task within days--describing the process in detail, noting the challenges he would face along the way, and how he would resolve them. It is very apparent the expertise, time, and care that these gentlemen have put into their craft; my ring looks brand new (before and after below), fits like a glove, was returned in less than 4 hours, and for a price you will not find anywhere else. I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else for jewelry repair in the future, thank you so much Victor! Your hard work, dedication to your craft, and kindness do not go unnoticed!
