I read through the other reviews and there are multiple recent complaints about returns in store other than mine. It seems like something is ODD about this store. Refusing other people’s returns for no reason, questioning how they ordered them, and treating you like a criminal for making a return. Super fishy. Do managers get rated on store returns?? AE should probably investigate this.
Review: Hailey should be fired, and not go anywhere near jobs that revolve around customer service. She’s a super unpleasant person. I was returning my items to this store today, it was going fine through the regular return process with the friendly associate. Then the person behind the register who was helping me needed Hailey’s login to initiate the return. Hailey came over and (with a very very strong attitude out of no where) asked me if I had a shipping label for the returns, I told her no, I didn’t want to mail it back, it’s was too slow. After that she rolled her eyes, was so so rude, I didn’t know why, and then was complaining about how I was returning the items to the store because the store will “lose money” on my returns… ok. Why do I care? And also, so unnecessary to be rude to me like that out of no where. I’m sorry returning clothes to a store and following their policy triggered you Hailey… but I won’t be back. I will drive to Tampa or Orlando because I’m not stepping foot in this store until Hailey loses her job.
Everyone is friendly and helpful! I believe everyone at the store helped me with one thing or another. Giving advice on Jeans, Opening the changing room, looking for a shirt size in the back. Even the manager Mrs. Yami made an exchange for me. Literally everyone was so helpful throughout the shopping process and not pushy at all. They even helped look for my "lost phone". Lost as in I forgot it in the car! Thank you so much and so sorry to have been such a bother. They were so very awesome, hence my glowing review.
If this had a 0 star rating I would clicked that instead. All of the workers were extremely rude and judgmental.. nobody even offered to help me. The manager should be fired he’s nonverbal and acts like he doesn’t care about anyone or his store. When checking out couldn’t tell if it was and a boy or girl teen but “it” was extremely rude and acted like “it” hated being there, although i would too but when working in customer service you cannot act like that. poor team everyone should be fired or the store needs to close down !

Extremely disappointed in the store. Many times before I have brought in returns and not once have they needed the credit card I paid with. I usually don't use one because I use PayPal. There was no card I could have given. I go in with my return slip and the items and I'm told I can't return unless I have the card I paid with. I didn't pay with a card I used PayPal. There's no card to give! I have done this before with many of my aerie returns and it's never been a problem. I think the employee either didn't know how to process my return or did not want too. Now I have pay for a return shipping label and send back by mail. I'm never going to another AE store again. Especially not this one.
