Had none of the two mens items I was looking for: men's short sleeve dress shirts or men's dress shoes.

My family and I shopped at this store today and checked out as usual. We paid for our items in CASH and were leaving the store when the alarm went off. We happened to walk out at the same time as another woman who was white. The employee who had just checked us out (who was also white) followed us outside, took our shopping bag, and checked every item inside, even though she literally just completed our transaction and knew exactly what we purchased. What was concerning was that the other woman who left at the same time had not checked out, yet the employee allowed her to leave without stopping her or checking her belongings. The issue is the clear difference in how we were treated compared with another customer who was present and leaving at the exact same time. My family and I left feeling singled out, embarrassed, and uncomfortable. Customer service should be consistent and respectful toward everyone. Based on this experience, we will not be returning.
