  I recently placed a Mother’s Day order, delivery on the Friday before. That day was not grayed out and I didn’t leave any special instructions regarding delivery time, leaving a generous 8-hour delivery window. I was shocked to later learn that my delivery was made the following day, a day I intentionally avoided, knowing my mother would be out all day. I was not notified of this delivery change beforehand. As a result, no one was home to accept the delivery, so it was left out on the front porch in the hot Florida sun! My mother returned home to a disastrous mess at her front door – spoiled cheesecake and melted chocolate, covered in ants! Nothing Incredible, nor Edible about this thoroughly disappointing order! A one star rating is beyond generous. Needless to say, if I could give a rating of Zero or below, I would. Never again!!!

  overpriced chalky thick chocolate covered strawberries that tasted like dark chocolate. when i get chocolate covered strawberries i expect a SHELL of smooth milk chocolate that snaps when you bite into it, not a coating of chalky matte chocolate that your teeth sink into and stick to your teeth. the lady was also a bit snarky when i asked for a refund for these $50 strawberries. go to a chocolatier not a gift shop.

  Came in for my first time ever to pick up a birthday treat from the rewards program and was helped by Wendy. She was absolutely lovely and such a huge help. Customer service that is personal and really cares is so hard to come by most of the time, and she was a complete 10/10 blessing to interact with. She greeted me immediately with a smile, made my order something special and personal and was so quick to take care of me. Life has been really rough lately, and she genuinely was a spark of sunshine that helped not only lift my day, but also get to enjoy a belated birthday moment. Thank you so much Wendy for your kindness, generosity and service!! I look forward to coming back because of you!
