  I’ve ordered from this Edible Arrangements location online many times and have also received gifts delivered to my home from friends and family. Every single time, the arrangements have been beautiful, fresh, and exactly as expected. Today I went into the store to place an order in person, and I had such a wonderful experience with Josiah. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and patient. He took the time to explain the different arrangement sizes and helped me choose the perfect one. My order was ready exactly when he said it would be, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Josiah was an absolute joy to work with. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you for making my day!

  I recently placed a Mother’s Day order, delivery on the Friday before. That day was not grayed out and I didn’t leave any special instructions regarding delivery time, leaving a generous 8-hour delivery window. I was shocked to later learn that my delivery was made the following day, a day I intentionally avoided, knowing my mother would be out all day. I was not notified of this delivery change beforehand. As a result, no one was home to accept the delivery, so it was left out on the front porch in the hot Florida sun! My mother returned home to a disastrous mess at her front door – spoiled cheesecake and melted chocolate, covered in ants! Nothing Incredible, nor Edible about this thoroughly disappointing order! A one star rating is beyond generous. Needless to say, if I could give a rating of Zero or below, I would. Never again!!!

  Came in for my first time ever to pick up a birthday treat from the rewards program and was helped by Wendy. She was absolutely lovely and such a huge help. Customer service that is personal and really cares is so hard to come by most of the time, and she was a complete 10/10 blessing to interact with. She greeted me immediately with a smile, made my order something special and personal and was so quick to take care of me. Life has been really rough lately, and she genuinely was a spark of sunshine that helped not only lift my day, but also get to enjoy a belated birthday moment. Thank you so much Wendy for your kindness, generosity and service!! I look forward to coming back because of you!
