  I had the pleasure of walking in this store about a week ago. It was raining & storming so bad this day. I walked in the m&m store and paid for some things. They give paper bags. After continuing to walk around although it was raining, by the time I make it to This store my bag was wet and my items fell through. One of them broke and m&ms went everywhere. I was so embarrassed but sad because things aren’t cheap these days and I’m watching m&ms flying everywhere. Crystal the manager saw me stating to panic and profusely apologizing for making a mess. She tells me it’s ok and then decides to take it one step further and make a magical moment for me. I was able to get a replacement pack of M&ms from there. Thank you so much for your kindness! It made my night that day!!

  atmosphere was exciting across the entire store, the staff was very welcoming especially zesty. zesty was so so sweet and made pin trading a fun pleasure whilst doing shopping.

  Before leaving a negative review, I want to say that I usually avoid doing so because I understand that everyone can have a bad day, and I don't like hurting a business over a single mistake. However, my girlfriend and I had specifically planned to visit the Pandora store because it was one of the places we were most excited to visit during our trip, especially because of the exclusive Disney jewelry, which my girlfriend loves. Unfortunately, the service we received from the cashier, Seema (or Zeema), was genuinely unpleasant. I don't expect every employee to be especially friendly, but I do expect at least a neutral and professional attitude. Sadly, we didn't even receive that. She was unnecessarily rude and dismissive throughout the interaction, which completely took away from what was supposed to be a special experience. What made it even more disappointing was that we had just come from Universal, where every store we visited provided excellent customer service and a great shopping experience. The contrast made this experience stand out even more. For a brand like Pandora, customer service is just as important as the products themselves.
