  I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. We were waiting in line to check out, and although the employee saw us waiting, she continued having a conversation with customers who were not making a purchase instead of ringing us up. I completely understand being friendly and chatting with customers, but I feel she could have quickly checked us out and then continued her conversation. It felt like we were being ignored, which was frustrating and, in my opinion, simply lacked basic courtesy.

  Great items. Unique things that the other Disney themed stores don't have. Someone said it's only for ladies under 30 but I disagree. It's for the young at heart, which I assume if you are a Disney fan, you are young at heart. I found many cute things and I am well passed the age of 30.
