- LBLukas BenjaminAug 2, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Tommy Hilfiger store. While paying, the cashier used the balance on one of our gift cards, but then “accidentally deleted it” the transaction failed when he told me to try again and the gift card could no longer be used. We immediately called the gift card company, and they confirmed that the balance had been reduced to $0. As a result, we were stuck at the checkout for over an hour while trying to resolve the issue with the cashier, customer service, and the store manager. Unfortunately, the manager (whose name I don’t fully remember, but I believe it started with a “Y”) was very rude and dismissive throughout the situation. Instead of trying to understand what had happened or helping us find a solution, she insisted that the issue was with the gift card company rather than the transaction that occurred in the store. When we asked for assistance or some form of compensation for the lengthy delay, she offered nothing not even a small discount and instead threatened to cancel the sale altogether. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they’re handled. In this case, there was very little empathy, poor communication, and no effort to make things right. VERY RUDE STAFF!! STAY AWAY

The cashier guy (slim with an edgar cut) has nothing to do with the job, I dont know who hired him, he can barely know how to use the screen. I wanted to pay using a gift card but after swiping, he for some reason canceled the payment and now the cash on the card is gone. After wasting 40 minutes of my time, the absolutely useless individual said its the cards problem and now I have to wait a week to check if the money goes back on the card but im traveling tomorrow. Manager was useless too and backed him up, both should be fired and learn how to help customers when a mistake happens. 0 stars.
