We went near opening. Waited about 10 mins in the line up to get inside the store. The assortment was massive. Today was the launch of the Olivia Rodrigo LEGO sets and we got one. We also customized LEGO figures and there were card board Pokémon headbands for the new launch as well.
There are larger LEGO figures outside the store for photos

We came here with a specific amount of money and told our kids how much they can spend and the kids had a blast! They were able to build something in store for fun and even outside they have mini Lego cars that you can build and race with each other.
Inside the store, there are so many different options and different themes for you to look through. There was a section for city, Harry Potter, Mario, Disney, and then they had random ones there as well. We found Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Stranger Things as well as Star Wars and World Cup theme sets. The staff was very helpful and it was a blast for the kids. Definitely worth stopping in to enjoy the air conditioning and play with some Legos.

This was one of the most disappointing retail experiences I’ve had at Disney Springs.
Before you even get inside, the store maintains an unnecessary line outside, forcing guests to wait in the Florida heat—or in our case, the rain—even though it appeared there was room inside the store. It feels like they’re trying to create artificial demand rather than provide a good guest experience.
We specifically came to the LEGO Store because Disney’s official Annual Passholder promotion advertised a free LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon Mini-Build with a qualifying purchase of $40 or more. We planned our purchase around that promotion.
When I asked an employee about it, I was told they “hadn’t run that promotion for a long time.” I then showed the employee the official Disney promotion on my phone (which clearly stated it was valid through July 31 while supplies last). After seeing the promotion, the explanation immediately changed to, “We ran out.” To make things even more confusing, I was literally holding a box containing the same Millennium Falcon Mini-Build while being told it wasn’t available.
Because we were given conflicting information and couldn’t get a straight answer about a promotion that influenced our decision to shop there, we ended up putting everything back and leaving without making a purchase.
If the promotion had simply run out, an honest explanation from the start would have been perfectly understandable. Instead, we received inconsistent answers that made the experience feel misleading and poorly managed. Disney is known for excellent guest service, but this experience fell well below those standards.
