    Bought a Kylo Ren Legacy Saber at Galactic Outpost, and later that same day had some battery trouble with it. Mrs. Paris helped me out — super kind and patient, walked me through the setup again and got it working. Ended up deciding I wanted a different saber anyway, so she called over a coordinator who was happy to approve swapping it for a Cal Kestis one instead. No hassle at all, just great service the whole way through. Would definitely go back!

    Very fun and enjoyable, easily reccomend to any fan of star wars, I personally was very impressed with how much merch they had, I will come back, I think this place is very awesome.

    Wish there were more non-kid style shirts and affordable offerings that weren't cheap feeling (crying at the price of the kyber crystals).

    We went into the store today looking for a specific gift. We stood at the light saber counter for more than 5 minutes while the sales person behind the counter had a conversation with another person. He never looked at us or asked the man he was talking to to wait one second so we could ask our question. So we went to the other side of the store where there were two more employees complaining to each other about another person. I stood there looking right at them and was never acknowledged. Needless to say we left without anything. This is not my usual experience in Disney owned stores. We were very disappointed.
