  We went into the store today looking for a specific gift. We stood at the light saber counter for more than 5 minutes while the sales person behind the counter had a conversation with another person. He never looked at us or asked the man he was talking to to wait one second so we could ask our question. So we went to the other side of the store where there were two more employees complaining to each other about another person. I stood there looking right at them and was never acknowledged. Needless to say we left without anything. This is not my usual experience in Disney owned stores. We were very disappointed.

  Absolutely amazing KIND and thoughtful service! Better service than Disney Hollywood Studios showed to us! While they didn’t have the pre-built droids, as the people from Disney Hollywood Studios told us they did, they were still kind and provided above service more than asked!

  The people at checkout were so kind and full of energy and we were so excited to see the “famous Disney kindness”, unfortunately when it came to the main event, the light sabers, the attendant was less than enthusiastic. He had such a sour face and was very dry and rude with a flat face when customers asked questions about the light sabers. This was on June 5th at 3pm. If people come and travel with their families and invest money into an experience, the employees should equally contribute to that experience. It’s saddening to see such dreary workers being the face of such and impactful franchise such as Star Wars.

  Went to buy the limited edition padme doll that just came out and our Cashier Tim was super fun and friendly. He made the experience so memorable!! It truly shows he cares and puts effort into making people feel comfortable and keeping the Disney magic. He made the trip to Galactic Post immersive, he was friendly and so so nice. Disney made a great job hiring him. I go to Disney all the time and never comment but Tim deserves the review. He is doing a phenomenal job ☺️.
