  This is a large Ron Jon's with a lot of selection. Staff are friendly, and the prices didn't seem any higher then normal even though it's at Disney Springs.

  I bought three car air fresheners earlier today and was helped my Miranda who immediately had great customer service. After the payment had already gone through she saw my Florida ID and told me that I could’ve gotten a discount for being a Florida resident. I told her I had no idea and she offered to refund me the difference. She knew we’d have to wait several minutes for a manager and I’m sure she had other stuff to do and had no reason to offer as I had no idea about it. But that’s the kind of customer service that makes you feel like they actually want to help you and it makes me want to shop there again. I hope this reaches her managers because Miranda was great.

  There was a lot of cool little nick nacks in the Ron Jon's. A bit on the expensive side though.

  Alexis upstairs was great. I had questions about the skateboards while my wife and son were looking for new sandals. Seems like Michael the boy working with her was al little jealous. We had our phones out looking up the company specs on the board I was interested in. We’re locals and come often and have never felt the way we did today. I found a board I was finally interested in and was asking Alexis questions about it, and she was being super helpful. Her associate cash register dude Michael behind the counter radioed his manager thinking my wife was stealing sandals, and Alexis was flirting with me. My wife was separating sandals so our 6 year old could wear them around the store to see if he liked them. Michael didn’t realize how big our group was and what was heard. The manager Grace came up and accosted Alexis to get on the register and stop helping me with the skateboards. GRACE being a manager, should have gotten on the register HERSELF to help instead of making us feel unwelcome. She ruined our usual trip to Ron Jon, and lost a sale. I’ll never buy any item over $100 from this store, EVER. Forget the convenience of being close to where we live, Celebration. I’ll buy my skateboards and surfboards from the coast. This is a tourist trap lacking in customer service and good management. Growing up by the original Ron Jon and knowing the owner, not in a bad way lol, he would not approve of this kind of service. Grace needs to learn her namesake and maybe be retrained. Our next visit to this store I will be more guarded, and not spend my money here if we receive this kind of service. I hope video is reviewed and something is done about this.
