  I wanted to buy a designer bag, just starting this designer bag journey. Saw a small Louis Vuitton bag that I liked. It was really weird. I waited 15 or 20 minutes for another representative to come to complete my purchase. I didn't realize that this was a used bag because I did not see a used sign in the display. I didn't realize it was used because it is around the same price as a new one from the Louis Vuitton store. The store needs to mark on the display glass that the bags are used. And if used, they should be marked significantly lower.

  I had a great experience at Disney overall, but unfortunately, my experience with this particular store was very disappointing. I purchased a perfume on Monday and wanted to have the bottle engraved. The store employee explained that engraving is only available on weekends. Since I had to travel back home, they kindly offered to ship the perfume to my home address, which I really appreciated. However, after I returned home, I never received any updates about my purchase or even a tracking number. I contacted Disney customer service, but they were unable to locate my purchase or provide any information about the shipment. It is especially frustrating that the store does not seem to have a proper phone number for customers to contact directly. I expected better communication and follow-up, especially from Disney. My overall Disney experience was wonderful, but unfortunately, this unprofessional handling of my purchase left a very disappointing impression.

  Loved this little shop in the France section! I purchased a Miss Dior perfume and they had complimentary engraving. A great souvenir! The shop also sold secondhand authentic designer bags and jewelry such as Louis Vuitton and Chanel.
