  Walked in 4 times today, wanted to purchase the black amd silver heart ring, I have the snow white one. Not one person anytime at any point helped me. Sometimes they were busy but this 4th time outright ignored me, no one stepped upvto assist. This use to be a annual occasion but apparently they don't want my business.

  This Pandora store seems to only help based on appearance. Me and my boyfriend walked in, wanting to buy some exclusive Disney Pandora charms. We walked out disappointed with NOTHING because after standing at the counter for at least 15-20 minutes not one employee even acknowledged us. I understand it’s Disney and it’s busy. But when I’ve been standing there ready to buy and people are consistently walking up beside me and almost immediately getting helped, there’s a problem. I rarely leave reviews but this was so disappointing. And I hate to jump to this conclusion, but I am a person of color and people who were lighter than me seemed to have no problem getting service pretty much as soon as they walked up to the counter. Not sure if it was because I don’t look good enough after baking in the heat or the color of my skin.

  High key just racist every poc was ignored even by poc staff. We stood there for over 10 minutes after we noticed and watched it with other costumers even trying to stop them and ask for help. This is about 30 minutes after I posted my heated review. I walked back into the Disney store and waited by the counter for a staff member and received assistance without issue. The problem is I continued to watch this inappropriate behavior take place with not only light skin and dark skin women but with a grown asian woman with a husband and kids. The white woman did not look at her or communicate with her about buying the charms for as long as I stood there (about 4 minutes). The worker only talked through her husband instead of asking the Asian lady directly. I continued to witness this until I was helped by another worker. Very disappointing but not surprising since I know people really show their colours when they can’t receive consequences.

  Nice store with jewelry and other higher end gifts and souvenirs. Also dresses and Dooney and Burke purses.
