  I felt profiled by the employee "helping" us (Gabriela) bc of the clothing I was wearing. I was proudly wearing my Mexico jersey due to all the excitement with fifa. I already had a pair of Smith sunglasses when entering the store and she offered to clean then but why didn't she offer to clean my white partners sunglasses or my daughters glasses. I had a feeling she was staring at us since the moment I picked up a pair to try on. Most disguting thing of all is that she also seemed to be latina bc she was speaking Spanish with the other workers. I kept talking to my partner after and he 100% agreed she was weird. We debated just returning our purchase bc we dont know if they work on commission and we didn't want her getting it. To add, who normally asks a customer if they want to pay with multiple cards? Thats what confirmed my suspicion. I paid it all with my DEBIT card, an expensive purchase but I love to treat myself. Also, I'm almost certain disney has their own police of some sort and the employees working here wouldnt be able to do anything if people did steal. Sorry, Gabriela doesnt think other brown women can afford nice things. After reading another review on here, it's safe to say the latina women that work here profile their own people. Other than that, our disney park visit was indeed "magical" considering this encounter.

  I first visited the Disney Springs Sunglass Hut, where the team helped me find the perfect sunglasses, only to discover they were available at the Magic Kingdom location. They connected me with Nathalie, and after making my way over there later that day, she took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She also explained a promotion that made so much sense that I happily left with two pairs instead of one. I originally planned on buying a single pair, but thanks to her knowledge and recommendations, I ended up leaving with two pairs that I absolutely love. A few days later, I realized my Sun Club loyalty points had not been applied to my purchase. I reached out to customer service, and while they tried to help, the initial recommendation was to return to the Magic Kingdom store. Since that is quite a drive for me, I explained that making another trip simply was not practical. After I completed a survey about my experience, Marcella, the store manager, personally called me. She immediately put my mind at ease, explained that I would probably receive a few system generated emails while everything was being worked on, and assured me that she was taking care of it behind the scenes. She absolutely kept her word. A short time later, the emails came through, my loyalty points appeared in my account, and everything was resolved without me ever having to make another trip to the store. What impressed me most was that none of this was expected. Nathalie had already provided an outstanding shopping experience, yet Marcella still took the time to personally follow up and make sure everything was made right. That level of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, and it truly made a lasting impression. Thank you, Nathalie and Marcella, for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine commitment to your customers. You both went above and beyond, and because of you I left with two great pairs of sunglasses, my loyalty points, and the peace of mind of knowing everything was taken care of without another trip back to Magic Kingdom. Experiences like this are exactly why I will continue shopping with Sunglass Hut.

  Oscar was absolutely the sweetest, patient, and helpful customer service associate. Not only did he help us throughly during our shopping experience, he made us feel the Disney magic while shopping. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service during our trip, we really appreciate the kindness you showed upon us!
