We had a very disappointing experience at Disney Style in Disney Springs tonight. We were sent there by another Disney World store because they told me this location would have the jacket I wanted in my size. It was 11:00 PM, and I am 8 months pregnant. It took me quite a while to walk there, and I was already extremely tired and in pain. When we arrived, the security guard would not let us enter and was extremely rude. What was most upsetting was that he didn’t even let me explain why we were there or that we had been sent from another Disney store. He immediately refused to let us in. There were still many customers inside the store shopping. I was literally only going to purchase the jacket and leave — I would have been inside for a few minutes. The cashier was also very rude and dismissive when we tried to explain the situation. I completely understand that stores have closing times and policies, but the way we were treated was completely unnecessary. After walking that far while 8 months pregnant, in pain and exhausted, just because another Disney store specifically sent us there to find the jacket, I expected at least basic courtesy and understanding. Instead, we were treated very rudely and weren’t even given the opportunity to explain ourselves. The lack of empathy and customer service was extremely disappointing, especially at Disney. This was definitely not the experience I expected from Disney and left a really bad impression. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Insanely overpriced (but it's Disney). I was delighted to find a Phineas and Ferb jersey and some Muppet merch. They also had a good bit of throwback Disney Channel stuff, which was cool. Unfortunately, the most affordable offering (a selection of stickers) felt cheap, not even worth the $3 price tag.

Review for the Disney Springs Gift Shops ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love the atmosphere at the shops in Disney Springs—there is a special kind of magic there that truly makes you feel like a child again, no matter your age. Whether you’re exploring the massive selection at World of Disney or checking out the unique finds in the other boutiques, there is an excellent selection of items to choose from. Even with so many options, I found the pricing to be a great value for the quality and the experience. It’s always a highlight of my trip!

⚠️DO NOT BUY THEM. PERIOD.⚠️ I highly recommend not buying any Disney shirts, bags, backpacks, or other cotton clothing from the Disney World stores or online. The quality is disappointing—they tear far too easily. I’m really frustrated, especially because these items are so expensive. After only two months, both my Disney backpack and my shirts started tearing.

Esperaba productos más exclusivos, pero realmente es lo mismo que cualquier otra tienda en el parque
