  They had one person working at the personalized check out counter. As I was getting in to line, I was told 5 o'clock pick up - which was 90 minutes away. I waited in line for 10 minutes until overhearing the person two people in front of me be told when submitting their order - 6 o'clock pick up. We had all been told 5 o'clock and had all waited in line for a long time. For them to change their mind, offer no alternatives, and say because they were personalizing 3 items it would be an hour more is unacceptable. I had 4 items was two behind her and had also been told 5pm. Had I been told accurate information I wouldnt have waited. Absolutely zero accountability or customer service. Edit: Went to Ye Olde Christmas Store in Magic Kingdom tonight and was told the ornaments I had been intending to personalize couldn't be as it would have covered the mini mickey heads. Only further worsening the in store experience at Disney Springs.

  Terribly rude staff both times I visited, a year apart. I don’t know what it is about this store, but the people who work here are so unhelpful and so rude. My sister and I both had the same experience both times we went a year apart both with different people each time. Something about this store and the people they put there, they are very unhappy and very rude to customers.

  Pour les fans de Noël c'est le magasin incontournable par contre il n'y a pas de petits prix, tout est très beaux et souvent fait à la main donc il faut y mettre le prix. Il y a énormément de choix et il y en a pour tous les goûts.

  Loja especializada em artigos para decoração de casa para o Natal localizada em Disney Springs. Tem muita opção de artigos de decoração temáticos. Pena que é muito difícil levar no avião.
