    Some workers would rather chat with the young boys instead of sell christmas items.... I left without buying. I should have taken her photo...and embarrassed her on social media...

    Wenn man Weihnachten liebt und für das nächste Weihnachten noch tolle Sachen sucht, dann ist man genau hier richtig. Dieser Laden zählt zu einer der besten Weihnachtsläden in ganz Florida für mich. Jederzeit ein Besuch wert.

    They had one person working at the personalized check out counter. As I was getting in to line, I was told 5 o'clock pick up - which was 90 minutes away. I waited in line for 10 minutes until overhearing the person two people in front of me be told when submitting their order - 6 o'clock pick up. We had all been told 5 o'clock and had all waited in line for a long time. For them to change their mind, offer no alternatives, and say because they were personalizing 3 items it would be an hour more is unacceptable. I had 4 items was two behind her and had also been told 5pm. Had I been told accurate information I wouldnt have waited. Absolutely zero accountability or customer service. Edit: Went to Ye Olde Christmas Store in Magic Kingdom tonight and was told the ornaments I had been intending to personalize couldn't be as it would have covered the mini mickey heads. Only further worsening the in store experience at Disney Springs.
