  Need to schedule some time in your schedule to look at all the things they offer. Dedicated to hunting, fishing, hiking and camping. Lots of fine quality equipment.

  I was in the store 9/15/2026 looking to decide on a bolt action rifle around $1,000. There were 3 employees at one end of the firearm counter and I was at the other end waiting for 5 minutes to look at the bolt action rifles. One of the employees walked by and didn't say a word. No one ever asked if I need assistance, and I was the only customer in the firearm section of the store. The Customer service in the firearm section at this store is the worst I've ever experienced. This isn't rare for this store it seems to be the norm at this location. I've been a customer of Sportsman's Warehouse for 30 years and this Location is the worst customer service I've experienced. I recommend customers find any other retailer for firearm, knife, optics, etc purchases.

  I bought $1000 worth of optics and all the factory seals were broken. He opened them on the counter because I specifically asked for sealed boxes but they were all already cut. I'm really curious why none of them are sealed. Wonder what's missing. Wonder what someone took out or if these are the original products that were even in the box.
