The staff were super friendly, especially Bri who helped me find the perfect pair, a nice blue lense with the extra benefits like polarized. It was great experience here. Bri is a real team player and excellent customer service.

They really went above and beyond to make sure they helped me find the perfect sunglasses even though it took multiple visits for me to find exactly what I was looking for. The Sunglass Hut in the Loop is the best Sunglass Hut around. While I was searching for the exact pair of sunglasses that I was looking for, I visited at least 7 other local Sunglass Hut’s over the past 3 weeks and the staff at the Loop location was by far the best.

I never received the invoice or confirmation email for my online purchase, which caused some concern on my end. Since the item is a gift, I needed the receipt in case an exchange is necessary. Roger was extremely attentive, patient, and proactive in helping me resolve the issue. He contacted the support line directly and followed through until they were able to resend my invoice successfully. Thank you, Roger, for going above and beyond.
