The staff were super friendly, especially Bri who helped me find the perfect pair, a nice blue lense with the extra benefits like polarized. It was great experience here. Bri is a real team player and excellent customer service.

They really went above and beyond to make sure they helped me find the perfect sunglasses even though it took multiple visits for me to find exactly what I was looking for. The Sunglass Hut in the Loop is the best Sunglass Hut around. While I was searching for the exact pair of sunglasses that I was looking for, I visited at least 7 other local Sunglass Hut’s over the past 3 weeks and the staff at the Loop location was by far the best.

On the credit card system was asking for some donations but was never explain what they were for. I just noticed and quickly hit “No thank you” to each is their own if they want to donate or not. The salesperson expresses to me and says “I’m so inspired but your generous offer” that was so rude. I know her name but I rather not say. When you just stand there and don’t explain to me, I’m Not just going to be give money up because the screen tells me to donate.
