  I had a great experience at Plato’s today! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone was professional and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I really appreciated the great customer service and positive attitude from the team. It’s always nice to shop somewhere where the staff makes you feel valued. I’ll definitely be back! Kelery is an amazing friendly knowledgeable manager she’s A+!!

  Love Plato’s Closet! Great selection of very nice clothing, hats, purses, and accessories! Before paying full price for a high end item online or specialty store, I check out Platos Closet. I always find something special at an amazing low price. Here’s my new Michael Kors purse.

  I would recommend that the store clearly communicate their current buying guidelines before customers bring in their clothing. I brought several nice, gently used items, only to find out when I arrived that they were not accepting fall or long-sleeve clothing at the moment. This was especially frustrating because only two of my items were long sleeves. I completely understand having seasonal guidelines, but this information should be clearly posted or explained ahead of time so customers know what to expect and don’t make an unnecessary trip. A little more communication would make the selling experience much better.

  So disappointing. Brought in practically new clothes. Washed and IRONED the SLIGHTLY used clothes, and they only bought 3 items. Got $11 from them. The exact amount I had spent on gas. Seriously!

  Do not sell to them, because they will way undervalue your items. Brought 3 brand new still in the box Nike, Adidas and APL Shoes that are retailed for over $100.00 each and brand 3 brand new hoodies value of over $30.00ea. They only $23.00 for it all. Mind you none of these items were ever worn!!! Plato's Closet is a rip off!!! Especially to a veteran! They said that some of the items we're slightly worn, which none were. Besides isn't that what Plato's Closet is known for, slightly used! I hope my new TikTok goes viral!
