Terrible customer service because I found something on sale and when I got to the register she said it was mismarked. So I asked how did it get the clearance sticker on it. She said employee mismarked it. So I said then you need to honor that price. They did not...I bet they put it in the back and buy it on sale for themselves. Horrible customer service.

Whoever came up with a bright idea to change everything around in the store and give it that plain disastrous look should not be making these kind of decisions. They have ruined the Charming layout created a mismatch mess. As somebody who enjoyed shopping there on Saturdays, I could not wait to get out of there.. and you no longer carry my socks. No reason for me to go back. You ruin the whole experience
